Shipping policy

I am not a major corporation, and Canadian shipping is just so expensive. I ensure pieces are packed carefully as ceramics can not be insured against breakage. I source Eco-friendly, reused, or recyclable packaging where possible.

If you purchase multiple items, shipping WILL BE less expensive. If you make multiple orders and want them shipped together, email me the order numbers and allow me time to calculate and refund the difference once I package and ship the item. I want to ensure that the buyer will pay the shipping costs fairly, as I know it's expensive but need to package work safely and securely.

Rest of World: I currently only offer shipping within North America, but am working on the logistics for international shipping.

As stated in the return policy, I will refund or replace any item that arrives broken in shipping. If this occurs, please email me with a photo of the broken item and the box. Replacement is unfortunately only available to items that are made as multiples.

Letter mail items such as stickers are not shipped with tracking.
